How is this different?

Love The Grind V2.0 is has everything you loved about the original love the grind program and more. I've added an additional week of training and workouts. I've included new movements and new high-def images to ensure you have a clear understanding of how to perform each and every exercise. I also give you a written explanation of each move to fill in the gaps.

Who is this for?

  • Beginners, Intermediate, Advanced
  • Those just getting into fitness
  • Calisthenics enthusiasts
  • Male and Female
  • Those looking for a challenge
  • Those looking for a structured program
  • Those looking to train outside of the gym or traditional facility

How often do I have to train?

This is a 4-day per week schedule. The program length is 4-weeks. However, you can arrange the workouts as it fits your schedule. I suggest sticking to the schedule for maximum results.

Ok, I'm in. When will my program be shipped?

You do not receive a tangible, hard copy product. All Tee Major Fitness programs are 100% digital. This way we save on shipping, time (you get the program immediately), and most importantly we save the beautiful trees.

So, how do I get my program?

Upon purchase, you will receive an email with all of your download links and instructions. These links expire, however, your purchase does not. At anytime, if you lose your program or links, email us and we can resend your order email to you at no extra cost. Or, you can access or support page at to do it yourself.

I'm still not sure about this.

Well, then try my FREE "Love The Grind" V.1 3-Week Program first. Then, when you are ready, we will be here waiting for you.

Some of the workouts are challenging, others not as much. I was expecting a little more variability and diversity within digital book. There are only four routines, each with only four or five exercises. These exercises are completed a number of times over to meet the required reps or time limit. I preferred the demo copy I downloaded earlier for free, it was much more challenging. Perhaps I got the advertising for the BW44 routine mixed up with thinking this was a similar product.

The book is well put together, and the pictures and explanations are great.

    Great Options

so excited to try these rotations. Lots of variety and have heard nothing but great feedback from those who have used it.

    Love the Grind 2

I would not have called this a workout for advanced practitioners. The first love the grind was a good one. This one is good for beginners and those of moderate physical ability, barring some exceptions like Dragon Walks. There is also not enough diversity.
