          Overall I thought this was a great workout. The exercises are different from traditional ones. They were challenging yet fun. Initially I had hoped for a follow along video but Tee’s explanation & demonstration explained everything extremely well. You get a high quality workout for an affordable price.

          Just started the program yesterday, and it is great so far. I even went to the grocery, stalked up on the new diet and then threw everything else out of my fridge and pantry! The only thing that I wish was different is a blank meal plan chart, where I can fill in my own version. I followed your sample one as much as possible, but made some minor adjustments to cater to my busy lifestyle. (Hard-Boiled eggs instead of scrambled would be an example). Other that, I love it so far. Will keep you posted.
