Within two weeks of putting the 20 minute warm up into practice, I have seen tangible gains, not only in weight training-as I noticed I was more consistent with full range of motion and began to see an improvement in using correct form with power moves, such as deadlifts-but also, I could feel a positive difference in my everyday movements and other types of stretches. It is an outstanding warm-up! It is by far the most useful and functional warm-up I've done. Just about got it memorized.

I've been using it 3 to 4 days a week since purchasing it 3 weeks ago. I just didn't have a consistent warm up routine, because some days I have lots of time to work out, some days it's very little time, and warming up got squeezed out. This is a very focused and time efficient way to warm up the whole body. I feel really ready to run, lift, or participate in dynamic/explosive workouts after the 10 minutes I take on this.
I am also seeing some slight increase in flexibility and balance already by incorporating these into my routine. My hamstrings were quite tight. Inch worms and spiderman's with extension have helped those. I modified the monster walks to work on balance. I kick up, touch my toe as described in the handout. Instead of putting the kicking leg down, I, swing that leg behind me, reach down with the opposite hand and touch the floor while balancing on one leg, step forward and repeat.
Good warm-up! I don't use it all and have customized it abit, but it is a great active warmup after using the foam roller.
