What makes BW44 so effective?
You will quickly learn while using this program that the heavier you are, the more difficult this program becomes. Fortunately, once you begin training regularly in calisthenics, the subconscious mind makes the connection between a leaner bodyweight and easier training and regulates the appetite and eating habits automatically. However, to maximize your results, I have also broken down my Kaizen Clean Eating nutrition to a simple science you can understand.
What kinds of exercises are included?
BW44 includes bodyweight training (calisthenics), resistance training, cardio, plyometrics, core training, stretching, yoga, mobility, flexibility, and even spin (biking). I designed these workouts to be beastly and functional. You will develop a tremendous body that moves well.
What is the Kaizen Nutrition Plan?
Kaizen means continuous improvement. The process emphasizes the elimination of waste. We use this systematic approach to clean up our diets, lose unwanted body fat, gain lean muscle, and boost metabolism while gaining healthy habits.
Preparing for BW44
What equipment do I need?
Part of the BW44 program consists of Weight Training Missions designed to enhance your lean muscle growth and supplement your bodyweight training. A barbell or dumbbells and pull up bar is all that is needed. You may want some optional equipment such as a yoga mat, strength bands, stability ball, and/or the TRX Suspension System or gymnast rings. The other programs are 100% bodyweight programs.
How much space will I need?
You can complete most workouts in a room the size of your living room or garage.
How much time do the workouts take?
No workout in this program should take more than an hour, 6 days a week.
What will it do for me?

What if I want to focus on weight loss?
You are supplied with 9 unique bodyweight missions and 6 bodyweight fit tests in the BW44 program. The schedule places these missions at the optimal times to gradually develop your bodyweight strength while torching fat. This part of the program alone is amazing. The weight training is a part of my personal routine that I truly believe has enhanced my bodyweight training results and has assisted with building tremendous amounts of fat-burning lean muscle. You can and will lose weight on this program if that is your focus.
What if I want to focus on just bodyweight training?
The BW44 schedule is crafted to be a complete program, however, you can choose to focus on only the bodyweight training instead. It will be a less demanding schedule and I am confident it can get you to your goals. The beauty of this program is that it is easy to follow and flexible. The Dynamic Warm-Up, and both Love The Grind programs are 100% bodyweight programs.
How do I know if I'm ready for BW44?
BW44 was developed in stages so that people of all fitness levels could start this program. The program incorporates the "Beginner 44 Best Bodyweight Exercises Ever!" and the more difficult "44 Best Bodyweight Exercises Ever!" in a way that challenges those who THINK they are already fit.
If you haven't worked out in a while or aren't sure if you are ready for a program like this, there are fit tests and forms provided in the manual. (Please consult a doctor or physician before beginning this or any fitness program.)
What if I want a less strenuous program?
If you decide BW44 is something you want to work up to and tackle when you are ready, I suggest starting with the "Dynamic Warm-Up" program, Love The Grind or my Bodyweight Beach Body Program which is a quick, bodyweight-only workout. These short and effective programs incorporate cardio, mobility, flexibility, and bodyweight strength movements and are a perfect way to get ready for BW44.

So far, I really enjoy the program! It’s simple and easy to follow. I more or less thought that the clean eating portion was more of a meal plan than what it actually was. I thought it took you through more meals instead of just giving samples. I think that might have just been a misunderstanding on my part though.

Beginner Bodyweight Workout Program
Well I started the BW44 routine today, 2nd January 2016. Easy to follow and excellent layout fitness programe. Worth every penny. I found it challenging, but felt great after I'd completed. Towards the end of the first programe I had to take a little longer than the 1 minute rest period, however I'm certain that I gave each and every exercise my full effort. I have the routine on my mobile phone to follow, and printed off the result sheet to fill in my reps and how I felt after each exercise. Anyway heres my results.
2 minutes completed on the forward plank 2 minutes on the upward dog and 2 minutes completed on the bent knee V sit ups. Although I did start to shake a little towards the end lol.
Wall push ups 84
Wall finger push ups 72
Floor leg raises 63
Knee push ups 48
Kaizen Moutain Climbers 168 this was counting each foot in as seperate counts
Roman chair knee raises 38
Assisted pull ups 23. I had assistance on the way up and held each one for a count of 2 seconds on the way down except the last 4 or 5 where I came down as quick as I went up due to fatigue. Lol
Box jumps 20
Ball reverse crunch 18
1/2 burpees 13
Close grip push ups 28 which i had to do on my knees
Hopefuly a good starting point and something to improve on throughout the challenge.

MP3 are only audio. I know most of these exercises but probably should be visual too.
I am fit, but have had a bit of a lay off lately so using this to get back to it. The fit tests I think will be hard for me and certainly hard and very discouraging for most beginners. I think you have to layout this out better for beginners. 2 minutes on any exercise is hard--obviously easy for extremely fit...but a goal I get it. Not for the faint of heart.
