It's harder than it looks!

I'm so excited to start this F3 Black Ops routine. IMHO it follows the same scheme as Love the Grind. The question is that it looks easy, but it's a hard stuff to complete. I'm eager to improve and get it done right!

The key for this product is that it comes as a complete set. Nutrition tips, an indicative grind mode training scale to help you out to modulate the required level of effort and an useful body fat measurement chart. Good stuff! I'm in!

I'm just starting, but I'm pretty sure if I follow the advice, I can't fail to accomplish my goal of getting leaner and lose fat.

Just did the first workout

Just did the first workout this morning. Really enjoyed it. Tough going but fun.
