I've been a big fan of Tees training routines. His style suits my needs and job related requirements. This is yet another high quality easy to follow workout plan. It's raw and straight to the point. Highly recommended as always.
Just started the program yesterday, and it is great so far. I even went to the grocery, stalked up on the new diet and then threw everything else out of my fridge and pantry! The only thing that I wish was different is a blank meal plan chart, where I can fill in my own version. I followed your sample one as much as possible, but made some minor adjustments to cater to my busy lifestyle. (Hard-Boiled eggs instead of scrambled would be an example). Other that, I love it so far. Will keep you posted.
Let me be honest. The program is great! Felt and saw results super quick. I want more! Feed me! Lol
Excellent program, such a change up from what I was doing previously. Since the first workout where I was utterly exhausted, to the last one I've completed I love the challenge and the results I can feel from each session.
Love this program and doing stuff outside. My upper body strength is realllly bad so I have to modify all the pull ups/chin-ups/hanging leg lifts. I do have a cross-fit pull up assist band in green on the way so I am hoping it will help.
