WHAT IS BODYWEIGHT BEACH WORKOUT?

Tee Major carefully crafts a quick, but intense fat torching 20-minute bodyweight workout using the most effective method to burn fat and fire up your metabolism; High Intensity Interval Training.  

 

HOW IS THE WORKOUT STRUCTURED?

Bodyweight Beach Workout uses 5 X 3-Minute circuits consisting of 2 strength exercises (30 seconds each) and 1 core exercise (1 minute).  Each strength exercise is completed twice for a total of 2 minutes duration.  Each core exercise is completed once for a total of 1-minute.  The entire workout is only 15-minutes of actual work time plus a (5-7min) warm up and a (5-7min) cool down at the end of the workout.

I will share a picture of my cadets doing the workout with me! It's a perfect workout because we get a full workout done and still have time to play sports! They love it just as much as I do!

Good workout

Excellent workout. I like how it is 5 circuits. You don't get bored from doing the same thing over and over. He makes it look easy but trust me it will challenge you.

i am enjoying it a lot.
though it was bit challenging for me .i need to know one thing , should i do it on alternate days or 7 days a week .

Great workout in a short time! Love how Tee give an example of each exercise. Its about quality, not quantity! Im thinking about giving in to the other programs.
