What kinds of exercises are included?
My programs include bodyweight training (calisthenics), resistance training, cardio, plyometrics, core training, stretching, yoga, mobility, flexibility, and even spin (biking). I designed these workout to be beastly and functional. You will develop a tremendous body that moves well.
Preparing for training
What equipment do you need?
Part of the BW44 program consists of Weight Training Missions designed to enhance your lean muscle growth and supplement your bodyweight training. A barbell or dumbbells and pull up bar is all that is needed. You may want some optional equipment such as a yoga mat, strength bands, stability ball, and/or the TRX Suspension System or gymnast rings. The F3 Programs are functional programs that combine bodyweight with weights. Some barbells, dumbbell, and kettle bells are used. The other programs are 100% bodyweight programs.
How much space will I need?
You can complete most workouts in a room the size of your living room or garage.
How much time do the workouts take?
No workout in this program should take more than an hour, 6 days a week.
What will it do for me?
My programs are very flexible programs with dynamic movements and workouts. They can help you lose body fat, gain lean muscle, condition for sport, gain flexibility, and improve your overall level of health and fitness.
What if I want to focus on weight loss?
You are supplied with 9 unique bodyweight missions and 6 bodyweight fit tests in the BW44 program. The schedule places these missions at the optimal times to gradually develop your bodyweight strength while torching fat. This part of the program alone is amazing. The weight training is a part of my personal routine that I truly believe has enhanced my bodyweight training results and has assisted with building tremendous amounts of fat burning lean muscle. You CAN and WILL lose weight on this program if that is your focus.
What if I want to focus on just bodyweight training?
The BW44 schedule is crafted to be a complete program, however, you can choose to focus on only the bodyweight training instead. It will be a less demanding schedule and I am confident it can get you to your goals. The beauty of this program is that it is easy to follow and flexible. The Dynamic Warm Up, Bodyweight Beach Workout, and both Love The Grind programs are 100% bodyweight programs.
How do I know if I'm ready for BW44?
BW44 was developed in stages so that people of all fitness levels could start this program. The program incorporates the "Beginner 44 Best Bodyweight Exercises Ever!" for people just starting, and the more difficult "44 Best Bodyweight Exercises Ever!" in a way that challenges those who THINK they are already fit.
If you haven't worked out in a while or aren't sure if you are ready for a program like this, there are fit tests and forms provided in the manual. This will help you gauge your starting level of fitness. (Please consult a doctor or physician before beginning this or any fitness program.)
What if I want a less strenuous program?
If you decide BW44 is something you want to work up to and tackle when you are ready, I suggest starting with the "Dynamic Warm Up" program, Love The Grind, or my Bodyweight Beach Body Program which is a quick, bodyweight only workout. These short and effective programs incorporate cardio, mobility, flexibility, and bodyweight strength movements and is a perfect way to get ready for BW44.

So far so good. I'm still doing the dynamic warm up as advised to get back into the game and have it mastered first. I have been doing this every night using the elevation training mask and so far I'm feeling more flexible and it's becoming easier. My plan is to next move on to the love the grind or body weight. In the meantime I've cut out all the white poisons such as sugars and salts. I still struggle with the crave of just wanting a sausage biscuit but I'm staying strong. Thanks for the encouragement
I love the workouts. These are the types of excerises that will help improve daily function along with increasing muscle strength and endurance. I've been in the fitness industry for a minute, and the B44 routine definitly hits all aspects of fitness.
