1 on 1 Online Training

I’ve been training with Tee for over a year and I actually look forward to working out now! Every workout is new and exciting and if I’m not sure what the workout is, the app has videos that demonstrate each workout. I love that the app tracts everything so I can see my progress. Tee is in constant contact and tailors my workouts to meet my needs. I have back issues and he can help me modify all the workouts. Tee has helped me get stronger but also build self confidence.
