Functional Workout #3


The following workout is a great example of my F3 - 14 Day Fat Furnace Program in which I combine a variety of equipment such as kettlebells, tires, dumbbells, and bodyweight training into a 14-day program to shred fat, gain lean muscle, and increase mobility. I also include my "bio-hacks" and nutrition tips on intermittent fasting in order to maximize your fat loss.
