Body Type Workouts - Endomorph Female

J. LO, Scarlett Johansson, Beyonce, Raquel Welsh and Elizabeth Taylor all have endomorph bodies. The endomorph body type is solid and generally soft. Endomorphs gain fat very easily. Endo’s are usually of a shorter build with thick arms and legs. Muscles are strong, especially the upper legs.  

When it comes to training, endomorphs find it very easy to gain weight. Unfortunately, a large portion of this weight is fat and not muscle. To keep fat gain to a minimum, endomorphs must always train cardio as well as weights.

Here is a workout for the Endomorph Female.

Perform each strength movement for 45 seconds each and repeat for total of 3 minutes. 

Perform each cardio movement for 30 seconds each and repeat for total of 2 minutes. 

Perform each core movement for 1 minute. 

Total Time:  6 minute circuit X 3 Rounds = 18 minutes
