Body Type Workouts - Ectomorph Female

An ectomorph is a typical skinny guy or gal. Ecto’s have a light build with small joints and lean muscle. Usually ectomorph’s have long thin limbs with stringy muscles. Ectomorphs find it very hard to gain weight. They have a fast metabolism which burns up calories very quickly. Workouts should be short and intense focusing on big muscle groups

Here is a workout for the Ectomorph Female.

Perform each strength movement for 45 seconds.

Perform each core movement for 1 minute. 

Repeat this circuit for 5 Rounds. 

Total Time:  35 Minutes

Always warm up before starting any exercise program. For an example warm up, see my DYNAMIC WARM UP. Cool down with stretching at the end of the workout.
