Suicide Run

Divide a distance of 100 yards up into 10 yard sections.

Sprint to each 10 yard mark and perform 10 Jumping Lunges, 10 Chest Tap Push Ups, 10 Sumo Squats, & 10 Single Leg Burpees at each 10 yard line before returning to your starting point.

Perform this at each 10 yard mark until complete.

Time Limit:  20 Minutes
